I proceeded to the inauguration of the fifth CAMPUS ABROAD International Education Fair organised by the Board of Directors of Campus Abroad Mauritius Ltd held at Le Sirius Hall, Labourdonais Waterfront Hotel, Caudan. About 15 institutions from UK, Switzerland, Hungary, China and India are participating in this event. Campus Abroad works with over 60 universities and institutions worldwide which are well reputed with an enviable record of providing quality education. It is the aim of the government to make Mauritius a knowledge hub. Quality institutions are invited to set up in Mauritius. I heartily welcome this initiative of Campus Abroad to promote Mauritius as an attractive Study destination. We have all the potential to transform Mauritius into a knowledge society and we are not only building on our strengths but providing effective remedies to our weaknesses. Already some organisations are already marketing our institutions and we are happy that campus abroad will also contribute significantly to make Mauritius an education hub and we shall also certainly make use of your marketing expertise to achieve this objective.
