I extend my warmest congratulations to all the students graduating and equally to their parents for their success that we celebrated yesterday. It is a special day for the graduands, it is a celebration of the culmination of a number of years of study. I am very much aware of the vast efforts and the extensive sacrifices that have paved the way to their success. I welcome their dedication, hard work, their love for progress and achievement, and their commitment to Education. I hope it will be an occasion that they will remember fondly for the rest of their lives. I congratulate all of them again and wish them all, every success for the future.
