I was at an Interactive
Session on the occasion of the “Caravane de la Science” visiting Doha Academy. Organising
the “Caravane de la Science” is indeed a very laudable initiative which
encourages our students to consider a career as scientists and researchers and
paves the way towards the creation of a technological base for the Mauritian
Society. My sincere thanks go to Ministry of Education and Human Resources, the
Rajiv Gandhi Science Centre and Doha Academy. I would also like to impress upon the rectors
and teachers to motivate your students to participate in such kind of
activities. I wish all students all the best as they pursue their passion in
Science and Technology. I am confident that they will rise to meet the
challenge and be a significant part of our nation’s human capital to realize a
prosperous and vibrant nation.
