I am pleased to associate myself with the Mauritius College of the Air for the Award of Certificates ceremony. Through its partnerships with the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, (CILT), the Mauritius College of the Air have taken some commendable initiatives by providing training in specialsed fields as logistics, mass communication and journalism. It has also trained about 400 library and documentation staff, which was a scarcity area some years ago. I congratulate the 87 candidates who have completed their studies at the Mauritius College of the Air and convey my best wishes to them in their careers.
