I met with Dr Joe Ravetz and Dr Ozcan Saritas, both from the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (formerly the Policy Research in Engineering, Science and Technology), University of Manchester and Dr. A. Suddoo, Executive Director at the Mauritius Research Council to discuss upon a ‘National Research Foresight Exercise’ (NRFE), which is in line with the 2010-2015 Government programme.
