I met with Dr Y. Elbeze from ‘Association Coeur France Maurice’ (ACFM), Mr L. Seras and Dr. S.Guness, Director of the Cardiac Services in Mauritius.The purpose of the visit was to discuss the setting up of the ‘Institut de Cardiologie’ in Moka.
