I met with Robert Jolly, Chief Executive Officer, Eastern Arc Satellite & Telecommunications, Australia and who is a marketing expert in technology since 1986. Launching and developing a host of brand from start ups to global entities, he has been involved in the IPO’s onto the ASX, VSX, Nasdaq and brokered M & A activity and private equity placement.

‘Visit from Nottingham Trent University’

 

I met with Dr Jane Ching, Solicitor Dean of faculty of Law and Dr. J. Jarman Solicitor, Senior Lecturer, both from the faculty of Law, Nottingham ,Trent University and others. The objective of the visit is in the context of the revision of the vocational law courses dispensed by the Council of Legal Education in Mauritius.

I met with His Excellency Nick Leake, British High Commissioner in Mauritius and others, to discuss on ways to facilitate students for their tertiary studies.

I met with a delegation from the Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha, India, the Vice-Chancellor, Shree Vibhuti Narain Rai , Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Dr Arvidakshan  and others to discuss areas of collaboration between MGI tertiary and Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University.
