‘Convocation Ceremony’

I was at the 9th Convocation ceremony of the University of Technology (UTM), held at the Paul Octave Wiehe Auditorium, Réduit. I thank the University for having given me, the opportunity to address the Graduands, their families, their well wishers and the valued guests who have spared some of their precious time to grace the ceremony on the special occasion. Some words for the graduands..............the future belong to you, graduands! The Certificate you will receive today is just a license for the journey you are about to take.  And, this journey starts from today. Life will bring its own surprises, its own ups and downs, successes and failures, happiness and frustrations. Remember that the success of man is not judged just by the heights one reaches in life, but by the number of times one can rise after falling. On this great day in your life, I can only wish you all the best.
