I was at a ‘Boat Regatta’ and Prize Giving Ceremony at Four La Chaux, Public Beach, Trou D’eau Douce organised by my Ministry, Trou D’Eau Douce Village Council and the Mauritius Fishermen’s Cooperative Federation.
